The vertical machining center is a new generation CNC machine tool that our company introduces advanced technology. The unique linear rolling guide pair (X and Y axis) and the hardened hard rail plastic rail guide (Z-axis) are designed.

FANUC 0i MF
The machine tool table is cast from high-strength cast iron. The structure of the casting is analyzed by machine dynamics and finite element analysis. With reasonable reinforcement, the heavy load capacity during machining is ensured under the condition of full load of the cross slide. The high rigidity of the base member is ensured.
High-speed, high-precision spindle: Synchronous toothed belt transmission through high torque, no slipping, and can greatly reduce transmission noise and heat generation. The spindle is made of precision grade bevel ball bearings with a standard speed of 8000r/min.
After the pre-stretching of the ball screw, the transmission rigidity is greatly increased and the thermal deformation effect during rapid motion is eliminated, and the three-axis is compensated by the dual-frequency laser interferometer, thereby ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning precision of the machine tool.
The tool magazine is a bucket type (20 tools). The cutter is used to select the knife. The tool change is pneumatic and electric control. It is non-polluting and easy to maintain. The tool exchange is fast and reliable.
The CNC control system uses the standard configuration FANUC 0i MF (5) CNC system, which can realize 5-axis 4 linkage. Other systems are optional.
